For participating in the RFFR event, please fill in and return the booking form linked below to info@rotarianrun.org by no later than:

March 20, 2026

Booking will be handled by our travel partner OLIMAR (see below). You may also book your flight individually with Olimar. Marathon runners who intend to take part in the Lisbon only program may consider arriving a day earlier, i.e. on Oct. 8. In that case, please leave a respective note on the booking form. Pricing includes pasta party, farewell dinner & donation for End Polio Now – RFFR running shirts will be advertised and have to be ordered separately at a later stage.
Further details can be found in the program as attached. Customers can withdraw from the trip after booking against payment of cancellation fees. We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.
